Local Immigration Partnership of Renfrew and Lanark

Programs for Caregivers and Parents of Young Children

EarlyON centres offer free drop-in programs for caregivers and children from birth to 6 years old. You can learn and play with your child, meet people or get advice. EarlyON centres can be found in Deep River, Petawawa, Pembroke, Killaloe, Renfrew, and Arnprior.

Provides the following programs and services: ·

Family Home Program provides an opportunity to live in a family setting to adults who for a variety of reasons cannot or choose not to live independently, or with natural family

  • Group Living provides support to a small group of people in an agency owned home in which 24 hour support is provided
  • Community Options provides a variety of community based activities to persons 19 years of age and over in the neighborhood where they live
  • Supported Independent Living promotes the choice of living independently within the community * People supported through SIL often live in an apartment either on their own or with a roommate or partner
  • Community Respite Service provide an opportunity for planned relief for families and caregivers based on their individual needs and circumstances
